Luke Liria with 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry was nominated HR Executive of the Year in 2016 by PNG Human Resource Institute (PNGHRI). General Manager Corporate Services at the Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited (National Oil Company of PNG) since Q3, 2013. Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kumul Petroleum Foundation Inc. mid-2016 to present and Interim Chief Operating Officer overseeing operations of Kumul Petroleum Academy. Appointed Executive General Manager of External Affairs since June 2022.

Certified leadership coach and founding partner at John Maxwell Team (leading Leadership training, and coaching organization in the world). Experienced Master of Ceremonies, facilitator, keynote speaker and thought leader in leadership events and summits for young adults on leadership and personal development. Luke understands the local PNG culture, general business administration, Project Management, Strategy implementation, leading people, leading capacity-building Projects, and embracing diversity in the work environment.

Several years of board board-level experience with Not-For-Profit boards.
