About
Eve has 15 years experience working in fund management, investment and development with demonstrated experiences across all types of assets, including residential, mixed-use, hotel, office, retail, industrial, and student accommodation in Australia and overseas.
Before joining Lindenbaum, Eve worked as a Director for RF Capital group which is a leading fund management company with over AUD$2b capital under management. Eve was the Investment Manager for Global 500 Greenland and managed the acquisition of Park Sydney project (1,600 apartments and 10,000sqm retail, AUD$1.6b in Gross Sales Revenue), which was ranked as Sydney’s largest residential transaction in 2016.
Eve has double Master Degrees in Property Development and Construction Management.
Eve previously worked for Urbis and RLB, providing consulting services to a wide range of projects such as North Lakes Master Planned Community ($1.5b) and Greater Springfield ($32b), Springfield Land Corporation.
